Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire Order Management System (OMS) and its functionalities.
Write comprehensive PRDs and detailed user stories for new features and updates.
Coordinate with engineering and design teams to share requirements and ensure seamless project execution.
Track the progress of product development to ensure milestones are achieved and deadlines are met.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align on product updates and expectations.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality features that meet user needs and business goals.
Engage with customers to understand pain points, gather feedback, and test solutions.
Analyse user behaviour data to assess feature usage, identify improvement opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Senior Product Managers to define product goals.
Ensure proper documentation and training materials are prepared for internal teams.
Oversee the product operations team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet business objectives.
Maintain an analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Product Management domain preferably in e-commerce industry.
B.Tech/B.E. graduate from Tier-1 engineering institute of India.
Must be eager to identify the problems and find solutions.
Must have good hands experience in Advanced Excel and SQL.
Must have experience in Stakeholder Management across different departments within or outside the organisation.
NOTE : THIS ROLE IS STRICTLY 6-DAYS (MON-SAT), WORK FROM OFFICE ITSELF IN SECTOR-66, GURUGRAM, HARYANA.
